Meditation for Kids

Sunday Mornings 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

These classes are designed for children ages 5 – 12 and emphasize the value of kindness towards others and cultivating peace and a happy heart. 

Classes include a guided meditation, a brief teaching, and fun activities. An adult must accompany children.
