Making the Holidays Meaningful

The Art of Giving and Rejoicing

with Kadampa Teacher Liz Bennett in New Bedford, MA
with Kadampa Teacher Angela Stewart in Providence, RI
Saturday Dec. 19th 10 am - 1pm at both locations

Join us for this fun and rewarding course intended to inspire us to enjoy and to receive great benefit from the holiday season.During the holidays we want to be happy and experience freedom from difficulty.
Buddha taught two methods for increasing our happiness: Giving and Rejoicing. Not only can we give material things but we can give our time, goodwill and love to everyone we meet.
By learning to rejoice in the good fortune, virtue and happiness of others we create the cause to develop similar qualities ourselves. Come and learn more about these extraordinary practices of giving and rejoicing and make your holidays truly meaningful.
