Buddha taught that all worlds, ourselves, and, others are mere appearances to mind like things in a dream. Through understanding the wisdom of these instructions we can begin to abandon our limited view of ourselves and recognize our true potential for living a peaceful and harmonious life. The teaching will include a brief guided meditation. Refreshments will be served after the talk.
